If you were to blind taste this wine you would be instantly transported to the Rhone Valley. The Tablas Creek vineyards are made up almost entirely of cuttings from the famous Chateau Beaucastel in Chateauneuf-du-Pape! Beyond that they are at the forefront of regenerative agriculture, going above and beyond to support the life of the soil, the plants, the animals, and the people who tend to it! This white blend from nearly all of the white grapes found in the Southern Rhone including 40% Grenache Blanc, 29% Viognier, 10% Vermentino, 8% Roussanne, 7% Marsanne, 6% Picpoul Blanc is silky, elegant, and delicately aromatic; a beautiful wine!
