The Tablas Creek vineyards are made up almost entirely of cuttings from the famous Chateau Beaucastel in Chateauneuf-du-Pape! Beyond that they are at the forefront of regenerative agriculture, going above and beyond to support the life of the soil, the plants, the animals, and the people who tend to it! This white blend combines Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Roussanne, Marsanne, Vermentino, and Bourboulenc in a silky, elegant, and delicately aromatic wine. Perfect as a complement to Turkey (or Tofurkey) and mashed potatoes because of its soft texture, giving it richness without weight at only 12.5% ABV
