This is a decidedly French-inspired California Chardonnay. The organically farmed- coastal vineyards keep this wine in perfect balance of ripe green and yellow apple and creme fraiche with just a kiss of oak influence from spending 11 months in barrel (25% neutral French barriques /75% Austrian casks).
