Field Recordings was created by winemaker Andrew Jones whose day job is as a vine nursery fieldman working with small farmers across the Central Coast. Because the great relationships he has developed he gets to work with some of the best fruit in the region! For the ‘Bright White – Boxie’ wine the blend is 55% Chardonnay, 21% Xarel-lo, 18% Melon de Bourgogne, and 6% Trousseau Gris from four SIP certified vineyards on the Central Coast. Crisp, clean, refreshing, the perfect house white!
