This is the first release of the Drew Family Cellars estate vineyard Chardonnay which sits at 1-200ft elevation with soils from an ancient seabed that gives their wines a lovely mineral quality. The ‘Faite de Mer Farm’ is now certified organic and also regenerative meaning they are actively rebuilding the health of the soil and the surrounding environment. The wine ages for18 months in a combination of neutral oak and 15% new French barrels to give it creaminess and a touch of french vanilla yogurt on the finish.
