This blend come from two California vineyards- 60% Cabernet Sauvignon 20% Merlot from the Massa Vineyard in the Carmel Valley and 20% Cabernet Franc from the famous Bedrock Vineyard in Sonoma Valley. The wine is aged in 50% concrete tank and 50% neutral French oak barrels for 10 months. The result is 12.5% alcohol and is vibrantly aromatic supported by punchy fruit and fresh acidity.
