100% Albarino from our favorite producer in Galicia. This is Albarino on a whole other level! The vines from these tiny plots range from 15-95 years old giving this wine so much depth and flavor. The wine ages in a combination of stainless steel tanks (73%) and used French oak barrels (27%) where it stays on the lees for 9 months giving it a richer texture and a lovely salinity. This wine doesn’t need a special occasion- it is the special occasion.
