Envinate was created by four friends who met studying winemaking and wanted to showcase a sense of place which each vineyard that they work with. The ‘Benje Blanco’ is 100% Listan Blanco from 70-120 year old vines from a handful of small family growers. The vines here are untrained, tended entirely by hand and without the use of chemicals. This wine is super unique because a portion of the wine macerates with the skins and a portion ages under flor (a layer of yeast that, similar to how Sherry is made).
