Albarino from an absolute legend of Rias Baixas! This comes from 20-120+ year old vines grown on sandy soils from a selection of tiny plots in the Salnes Valley. The wine ferments naturally in stainless steel and then spends 6-9 months on the lees giving it richness and a pleasant salinity, while still being bright and full of fresh citrus notes.
