Celler Credo is the line of still wines by renowned sparkling wine producer, Recaredo in Penedès, the first producer to become Biodynamic in the region. The ‘Miranius’ is 100% Xarel-lo, one of the main grape varieties used for cava, fermented in stainless steel and then rested on the lees for 6 months. Fresh and mineral driven, the long lees aging reminds us of a crisp Muscadet!
