Ginny Poval moved to South Africa and planted the beautiful Protea Heights Farm in 2009 with a commitment to not only organic- but regenerative agriculture and fair labor practices; both of which can be hard to come by in this region. This bright refreshing Albarino has notes of lime zest and wild flower with a crisp salty finish. All fermented with native yeasts and very low additions of sulfur.
