Quinta de Santiago is a small family winery run by Joanna Santiago following in her grandmother’s footsteps. Their family used to sell almost the entirety of their harvest to the local co-op but Joanna was convinced that they had something special in their vineyards and decided to bottle the wines for their own distribution, and we’re so glad she did! This cuvée comes from a single plot next to the winery of 25-40 year old Alvarinho (albariño) vines growing on chalky limestone. The wine is super clean, mineral-driven, and incredibly refreshing.
