Salty- fresh ocean air! The fruit for this wine comes from dear friends of the Herdade do Rocim winemakers who live on the Ilho do Pico and tend a very small vineyard. With their tiny operation they are not able to produce and distribute their own wines so they sell the fruit to Catarina Vieira and Pedro Ribeiro. This wine is the perfect representation of the extreme climate and terroir of the Açores islands! –
