Feels like New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc- but with a little more refinement a little more ripeness and a little more texture. Really pleasant! This single vineyard in the more Northern appellation of Hawke’s Bay has more limestone and alluvial soil than classic Marlborough which makes this wine unique but certainly still recognizable as NZ Sauv Blanc.
