Third generation farmers Fausto and Cinzia farming biodynamically in Piedmont, making use of the lesser known Favorita grape (similar to Vermentino) with35 year old vines in the clay, limestone and marl soil of Langhe. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, aged in cement, then bottled unfiltered and unfined. Peachy, lemon zest, a bouquet of daffodils. A great wine to introduce spring! Because of its aromatic, floral qualities, this is a great pairing for those trickier vegetables like asparagus and artichokes.
