Palazzo Tronconi, is based on the outskirts of Rome. The ancient Arcesi vines are cultivated here, Lecinaro and Ulivello nero, Pampanaro, Capolongo and white Maturano, as well as Malvasia Puntinata, Moscato di Terracina and Syrah. This fizzy rosé pet-nat is 100% Lecinaro directly pressed and fermented naturally for seven days in concrete tanks then finishes in bottle before aging for one year before release. Nothing added, and nothing taken away, just fun fresh, citrusy grapefruit and a touch floral.
