Most Gavi on the market is fairly unremarkable- but drinking the Gavi from La Raia gives me new love for the grape Cortese! This is a great example of how great farming can make all the difference as the La Raia estate is a fully functioning biodynamic polyculture of grapes chestnut elder trees and acacia. Notes of ripe apricot and yellow peach with juicy citrus and white flowers.
