Fuoristrada is made by acclaimed Tuscan winegrower Monte Bernardi who created this line of wines in 1L Tetra-paks because he realizes that the largest part of the carbon footprint of wine is the glass bottle itself. The wine inside is the same organically farmed- unmanipulated high-quality fruit he uses for all of this wines just in a more ecological packaging. The white is 100% Verdicchio from the Marche aged in stainless steel on the lees for 3 months before release. A classic Italian white that will last for much longer in your fridge than a glass bottle as it is completely sealable from oxygen and blocks any light.
