Casa Setaro is organically farmed by four generations of the Setaro Family who are aiming to give this region the same acclaim as Sicily’s Mount Etna. Many of the vines here are on their own root-stock and over a century old because of the sand, volcanic soils of Mount Vesuvius, which give this white tons of salinity and freshness. Bright juicy citrus, starfruit, and crunchy green pear finished with seasalt!
