Caruso e Manini is a family-run winery in the Marsala region of Sicily where the soil is super rocky and their vines grow in tight- bush vines to stay protected from the wine. Currently led by sisters GIovanni and Rosanna who manage their 120 hc of vines with organic practices. This 100% Cataratto ferments and rests in stainless steel and is light fresh slightly salty white classic for this variety. Great pairing for chicken breast white fish or even oysters!
