Mylonas is a tiny winery just south of Athens- in Central Greece. Here the most planted white grape is Savatiano but for most producers this grape makes their bulk wine or it gets used for the famous resin-scented Retsina. But at the Mylonas vineyard the Savatiano vines are over 50 years old and have been farmed organically with care which means their version has tons of flavor and intrigue.
