As it states proudly on the front label- this is not just any Riesling this comes from a 100+ year-old vineyard with vines on their own rootstock (a rarity!). Though this is a Kabinett there is so much acidity in the wine that it reads as bone-dry. Fermented naturally and aged in giant old barrels with no additives other than a small dose of SO2. Crisp textural with a finish that goes on forever! –
