Mas de Valériole is a beautiful farm/estate in Camarge with plantings of both grapes and rice. The estate has existed since the 1400’s but the Michel family took over in the 1950’s and converted everything to organic farming. This cuvée is 70% Rolle (aka Vermentino) and 30% Chardonnay fermented in stainless steel and bottled after six months. Tastes like biting into a fresh, crunchy green pear!
