Martin Texier, the son of famous Rhone winemaker, Eric Texier, has been making his own wine since 2014 with a decidedly more hands-off approach, using native fermentations and no (or very low) sulfur additions. This cuvée is 100% Roussanne fermented and aged in oak barrels giving it a deep marigold color and a rich, creamy texture balanced by fresh acidity you don’t always find with this variety.
