100% Chenin Blanc from a lesser-known appellation in the Loire Valley. Still early in her career- Marie Thibault is already proving to be someone to watch. The farming is all done organically and in cellar no additives are used except a minuscule amount of SO2 and the wines are bottled unfiltered. This bottling comes from vines grown on Silex aged in 3/4 old barriques with 1/4 in amphorae.
