Considered one of the finest crus in the Muscadet region, Chateau Thébaud is rich with old vines and intensely granitic soil giving the wines depth and great texture. The 2019 has begun to develop in a beautiful way reminiscent of great Chablis. The fruit is organically farmed and fermented naturally in stainless steel before aging in glass-lined cement tanks. Notes of crunchy green pear, apple blossom, creamy yogurt that develop into ripe and cooked brown butter pears on the palate!
