Though technically a VdF- this is anything but a simple table wine. Benoit settled on this old farm/vineyard site outside of Anjou in Faye d’Anjou and began farming as holistically as possible; encouraging biodiversity working with pigs sheep chickens fruit trees vegetables and cover crops and absolutely no chemical sprays. The ‘Petit Chemin’ is from a 60+ year old vineyard of Chenin Blanc on schist with volcanic debris. Fresh textural finishes completely dry.
