Clos du Tue-Boeuf is based in the village of Les Montils in the Loire valley- and for this very limited cuvĂ©e they are using fruit from their neighbors (also organically farmed). Pineau d’Aunis a native of this region makes for a perfect fall red crunchy red fruits cracked black pepper and light enough to chill. Theirs is aged for 6 months in old barrels and made with nothing added and nothing taken away.
