This might be the best value in the store, a crisp but fully ripe Sauvignon Blanc from all organically farmed vineyards, hand-harvested, un-manipulated, and excellent alternative to Sancerre for half the price. Francois is a leader of great farming in the Touraine region, and his wines have absolutely benefitted from it. More famous for his high-end Chenin Blanc, this entry-level Sauvignon Blanc is a great introduction to the Domaine.
