This might be the best value in the store- a crisp but fully ripe Sauvignon Blanc from all organically farmed vineyards hand-harvested un-manipulated and excellent alternative to Sancerre for half the price. Francois is a leader of great farming in the Touraine region and his wines have absolutely benefitted from it. More famous for his high-end Chenin Blanc this entry-level Sauvignon Blanc is a great introduction to the Domaine.
