Roche-Audran is working with estate vineyards in and around the famous Chateauneuf-du-Pape nestled amongst lavender fields and olive orchards. Rhone white blends can sometimes be a little heavy, but because of their great farming and gentle touch in the cellar, you get nice richness on the palate balanced by a vein of fresh acidity through the middle, soft Bosc pear, white flowers, chamomile. Perfect for sauteed scallops, roasted chicken, and creamy sauces.
