Not exactly your typical Jura Chardonnay because it is not made ‘sous voile’. Instead it is aged in large neutral barrels but topped up regularly to avoid oxidation. But it definitely has a signature sherry-like saltiness and a touch of nuttiness as well. Really crisp- refreshing and unique!
