Unusual for Bordeaux Blanc- this blend is actually more Semillon (70%) than Sauvignon Blanc (30%) which gives the wine a softer rounder feel.The vineyards are located in Sauternes where Semillon is more prevalent but more typically used for their famous dessert wines. Aged on the lees in small steel vats for 6-7 months before bottling.
