Gorgeous example of how great the white wines- albeit less well-known of Provence can be! Chateau Simone has been all estate fruit since 1830 and organic farming for most of that time. Their vineyards sit on limestone scree soils giving their wines lift and elegance that sometimes lacks in the full-bodied whites of this region. The ‘Palette Blanc’ is predominantly Clairette blended with Grenache Blanc Bourboulenc Ugni Blanc and a touch of Muscat Blanc.
