Isabelle Daulhiac is from the third generation to care for and make wine from the Chateau le Payral estate. Located just south of Bordeaux in an area more famous for their sweet wines- they have managed to make some incredible value dry table wines like this one. Aged in stainless steel this wine gets its creaminess from aging on the lees and the large percentage of Semillon (50% Sauvignon Blanc 30% Sémillon 20% Muscadelle).
