Beautiful white Bordeaux, using an unusual ratio of 65% Semillon, fermented in barrels, and 35% Sauvignon Blanc, blended together and aged in ‘Oxoline’ tanks which gives it a creamy, leesy quality. Welsch couple, Bob and Sue Watts purchased this historic estate in 1988 and now their two daughters are at the helm carrying on their tradition of great farming and thoughtful, delicate winemaking.
