This estate was actually purchased by the French national Institute for agricultural research so they take sustainability very seriously and are now certified organic farming as well as having one of the greenest and most modern Chateaux in the area. This is classic Bordeaux Blanc at its finest, with fresh citrus from the Sauvignon Blanc, balanced by the delicate softness of Semillon.
