This is a rare Sauvignon Blanc from Saint-Bris-Le Vineux- just east of Chablis the only Sauvignon Blanc appellation in Burgundy. Definitely a wine for Chablis and Sancerre lovers alike. Tangerine lime white flowers on the nose. Bright refreshing acidity ripe citrus and a long salty finish.
