Jean-Marc Pillot is the fourth generation of his branch of the Pillot family to tend vineyards in Chassagne Montrachet. The ‘Hauts des Champs’ comes from a parcel on the southeastern end of Chassagne-Montrachet. Made in stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness with one year on the fine lees, but still shows the signature broadness of their more serious Chassagne-Montrachet.
