The Bachelier family is now in its 8th generation tending to this estate in Villy- Chablis. Traditional and precise Chablis from old vines in the village of Villy. These northerly vineyards are some of the coolest in Chablis. Their Vieilles Vignes Chablis comes from a parcel of +70 year-old vines and just 270 cases were produced. Fermented and aged in a mix of stainless steel and older barrels.
