Wild yeasts fermentation, no SO2 until bottling, no fining and no filtration, with no new oak used. This is high quality, organically farmed Burgundy from one of the regions brightest, up-and-coming winemaking stars! ‘Les Grandes Gouttes’ is a lieu-dit just south of the famous ‘Les Charmes’ in Meursault.

Crisp, stony, almond paste, with chamomile, ripe lemon, and green pear. Incredibly clean, even on day 2; a feat for a no-sulfur wine and a testament to their great farming.
