Southeast-facing Les Corbins with 35-45 year old vines. Aged 16 months in 20% new barrels. Fruit was picked on the slightly earlier side because of how warm the vintage was to retain a nice amount of acidity surrounded in a soft- cushy robe of silky buttercream.
