Finca La Carrodilla was the first vineyards in Mexico to be certified organic and biodynamic! The winery sits at 1,000ft elevation in the sought after Valle de Guadalupe appellation in Northern Baja. Carrodilla is a proper working farm growing grapes and several other crops. For the ‘Ir y Venir,’ 100% Sauvignon Blanc this vintage, the fruit is a mix of 50% from their estate and 50% from their neighbors.
