Winemakers César Baeza and Miguel Besoaín came together to create this line of wines made from organic vineyards, with little to nothing added in the wine. They are based in the Maipo Valley where the conditions make organic farming easy, but also work with a variety of vineyards in surrounding regions. This Chardonnay, from their neighbor’s vineyard, is fermented in refurbished barrels, BUT aged in stainless steel so you really get the best of both worlds; freshness, but with a touch of creamy, nuttiness. Great with roasted chicken or nutty cheeses.
