60-year-old- own-rooted organic vineyard in the La Patagua district of the Colchagua Valley. Grapes are hand-harvested and directly pressed into stainless steel for a spontaneous fermentation with native yeast and then bottled unfiltered. This wine showcases the best of Semillon rich waxy texture soft white florals but with an extra depth and sunniness that I did not expect! Great ripe and fresh peach apple blossom meyer lemon with a lingering textural component on the finish.
