Stadlmann is based in the less well known Thermenregion- but the limestone soils here give the wines a lot of character. Aged in 700L old oak barrels instead of the standard stainless steel giving these wines a gentle softness around the edges but still maintains a beautiful freshness. Notes of fresh citrus lime zest white grapefreuit and pleasantly mineral texture.
