Certified organic rosé from an excellent Rioja producer! This blend is 70% Tempranillo- 27% Garnacha and 3% Viura fermented in stainless steel and aged on the lees for 37 days giving it both bright fresh red fruited notes and a nice creamy mouthfeel. A great food-pairing any time of year.
