Grawu was created by a young couple dedicated to respecting the environment and biodiversity opting to only work with small growers farming organically (or better) as well as their own small vineyard and utilize native grapes and climate-hardy hybrid grapes. For this cuvée, the fruit comes from two vineyards in the Venosta Valley and Trento. The juice spends 5 days on the skins giving it this beautiful copper color and gentle texture and then ages for a year in large neutral barrels.
