Anish Patel started Tinto Amorio in 2016 after a terrible accident left him questioning his life as an investment banker. Now he is completely devoted to crafting fun- refreshing playful skin-contact wines from all organic fruit in California and none of the common additives (except a small does of sulfur so the wines stay clean). The ‘Monje’ is a blend of 53% Colombard 32% Gewurztraminer 10% Zinfandel and 5% Albarino. Being such a young winery they are currently working with farmers across Madera Paso Robles Potter Valley and Lodi to source their fruit.
