This rosé is a blend of 100% Blaufränkisch, all hand-harvested and fermented spontaneously. The wine ages for a full 8 months in steel tanks on the lies before bottling unfined and unfiltered. The result is a refreshing, crisp, strawberry scented rosé, bone-dry on the finish.
